“I agree.. great recipe and so easy. The changes I made: I used 2 cans of beans, one mashed one whole, and toward the end, I added the mashed beans, and then used the immersion blender about 5-6 times to thicken up the soup a bit... and then added the whole beans and spinach for the rest of the cooking.
