My Activity

Reviewed Everyday Brownies

"After burning a boxed brownie my family was let down and disappointed that they would not have a chocolatey goodness treat for the weekend. So i went on Food Network n searched for a recipe that i had all the ingredients to. This one was easy and came out fabulous. I didnt have 4 eggs, i had only 3 eggs and still the brownies were moist, chewy and oh so rich. Thank you. I made my family happy with these brownies.

Reviewed Caramelized Butter Tarts

"I made these for a pot luck @ work and everyone loved them. It was easy to do. i made the dough and rolled them out placing each indiviual tart inbetween cling film a day ahead and stored it in the ice box. the recipe made 18 tarts and clearly it was not enough for my co-workers who all wanted the recipe. 4oz. is 2 eggs or you can use a carton of egg beaters to measure out your egg. Dividing the dough was not tough @ all since the dough was smooth and pliable I just made a mound divided it in half and kept dividing the dough till i had approx. 18 pieces. I dont have fancy measuring devices so i just did the best i could. They still turned out great. Certainly a home spun recipe that gob smackd the crowd. Thank you Beau.
