Reviewed Tilapia with Citrus Bagna Cauda

This dish is fantastic. I used sardines packed in olive oil instead of anchovies, which is interchangeable in traditional bagna cauda anyway. I also used fresh squeezed orange juice. It's a simply, light, delicious meal. I serve it over wilted spinach (I use the pan I cook the bagna cauda sauce in for flavor), and have a side of steamed jasmine rice....
