Reviewed Parker House Rolls

"All I can say is OH MY GOD.... AWESOME! Every single one of my family and in-laws loved these rolls for Thanksgiving. I was a little worried after reading some of the difficulties people had with proofing the yeast. I used two packets of yeast and the full cup of sugar but I am also at a higher altitude. I also cut the rest of the ingredients in half and my dough still rose so much I still got enough dough to get a dozen and a half large rolls. They also weren't as dense as everyone was saying by doubling the yeast and cutting the ingredients in half. A great trick for helping breads to rise is to preheat your oven to a really low temp., then TURN THE OVEN OFF and put your covered dough inside to rise.
