Very good! I made it with granny smith apples, therefore I cut back a little bit on the orange/lemon zest and juice. I also only used 1/2 c of sugar and 1/2 c of brown sugar for the crust instead of of each). I will make this again!!!"

I love the idea of this recipe. It is very rich and can get a little heavy. I find that Ina tends to over-use oil and salt in her recipes. I've made this a few times, and I would recommend starting out using less salt and oil in the vinaigrette, and adding more if need be.
