This is almost identical to a recipe I got from Mardi Gras that I lost somehow. It makes the most perfect tasting lamb. I made this along with the Tilapia and Rice dish from the same show. I had to improvise as my mandoline fell apart! So a vegetable peeler was my go to gadget.
