"Holy cow, this was SO good! It looks fancy, and is a great spin on everyday meatloaf. I added some mustard seed and white pepper to my mix, and I sauteed the onions and garlic before adding it to the mix. Turned out AWESOME! Husband loves it, will definitely keep this in the repertoire. ""
Reviewed Pork Loin with Pinot Noir Sauce
"This is super good, and super easy. My husband and my father in law love this! I cut a small slit in each of the medallions and stuffed them with herbed cheese and raisins, and that was really good! Pinot sauce was a hit with everyone, too!"
