This was a great recipe, and it was a fantastic presentation! Next time I make it though, I'll season the potatoes with a little salt and pepper prior to roasting.

This recipe was super easy and super delicious! At the suggestion of some of the other reviews, I did add about 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. milk to loosen the dip up, and then a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce. At my husband's request, I also mixed in a small container of lump crab meat...YUUUUUUUUUUUUM!!!!!

What a wonderful recipe! I made it for a party and it was a hit! Luckily there was some leftover that I had for breakfast the next day. :) I couldn't find any dried pears, so I used dried pineapple and raisins instead, and it was awesome!

Yum! Super easy and super delicious! I used sweet Italian sausage instead of hot, and no parsley, though. The first helping, I forgot about the parmesan and it was still tasty, but the second, I made sure we added it, and it was even better!

This burger was just okay for me. The cheese chunks in the meat didn't really add anything for me, and it just seemed like there was way too much liquid in this burger (and I even added less beer than the recipe called for). I did, however, really love the flavor of the cumin in the meat. :)
