"This was a decent kielbasa and kraut recipe. The caraway seed was especially nice. The only notes I have for this recipe are: I wish the ingredients had listed the ounces of sauerkraut rather than just saying "package" (I ended up using two 14.5 oz cans) and put a little vegetable oil in the pan (like 1 T) before putting in the kielbasa. "Wonderful soup. I threw in a few handfuls of egg noddles when it came to a boil and waited 5 minutes before putting in the beans and spinach. It's great with some crusty bread and butter. I was surprised at how tasty this vegetable soup was. We will definitely make this again.""
