I liked it very much and so did my girlfriends and husband who I shared this with. I cut back on the salt, used the salt indicated to soak the bulgur and some more at the end to season to taste. Used less mint only because I did not have enough at hand and it still turned out good and also less tomatoes. It turned out to be very tasty and healthy!"
