"Nice start - a little too watered down to suit my taste. Dissolveing the sugar in hot water is a wonderful touch. I used very ripe fresh lemons, so they were about as sweet as lemons come. Another cup of lemon juice did the trick. Maybe really sour lemons would give enough flavor to this recipe as written. Bottom line, taste as you add water ""
