"This skirt steak recipe delivers the most amazing flavor profile, however it was sooooo tough my husband and I had trouble eating it. Durring dinner we had to throw it back into the pan twice! I ended up having to cook it past well done! This was my first time cooking skirt steak and I was not careful to cut off all the fat and connective tissue. I made sure to get my pan smoking hottt and I had to chop the steak into small pieces to eat it for left overs. I will have to give this recipe another try.
