Of course you can bake the chicken instead of searing it, especially if that's what your prefer. Also, please do not review a recipe before you tried it. It grately effects the average rating.

Reviewed Grilled Drunken Shrimp Tacos

Used white wine since I don't keep tequila on hand. Delish! Didn't even bother with serving as a taco. Served the shrimp as is, on the skewers with Parmesan and pea risotto and a light salad. Definitely will make again...this week! Might try the taco approach this time. :) "

It took a little time, but, if you menu plan, it's easily done in stages while making something else. Even if you don't, it doesn't take all that much time. Completely worth it. Full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Haven't stopped making it since this summer. Also yummy over chicken. ""
