This coffee cake was just what I wanted... It was delicious... Now I did make a few changes 1) I used sugar substitute (trivia) ... Texture in the cake was still light and fluffy. 2) for the topping I used brown sugar mixture on top ... Brown sugar and trivia.... This cake is light and fluffy and perfect for tea and coffee"

Once again another great Sandra Lee recipe!! I did add a cup full more of apple juice ,because I have a huge slow cooker. Also, I cooked on high for 4 1/2 hrs... This is one of the best meals I've served. My husband said it's very high on his list of favorite meals. Very tasty and tender. Would not change a thing."
