Reviewed Chicken Tagine
"Even better the day after! This was a terrific dish two days running. We're already planning the next version, with raisins and pine nuts maybe in the couscous. As a low-carb alternative maybe cauliflower "rice" with mushrooms... Super easy to make and impressive and delicious!!
Another winner from Melissa! "

"This was delicious! I had never used preserved lemon, and it was an unusual 'plan-ahead' for me to prepare and have them in the fridge for a couple of weeks prior to trying the recipe. There are now leftover lemons, and I'll make this recipe again! Very tasty. Husband suggested raisins and pine nuts in the couscous for next time (sounds deliciou"
Reviewed Zucchini and Carrot a Scapece
"DELICIOUS! Loved this! Will do it again as it lends itself to lots of variation. Tweaks on my end: no extra oil with the vinegar as the frying made things oily enough. Didn't have mint so just used basil. Looking forward to trying with mint, too. Added some halved small grape tomatoes. Will do as other reviewers suggested and try with cauliflow"
Reviewed Mini Turkey Meatballs
"Quick, easy and tasty. I mixed up the meat etc as in the recipe, but drizzled with oil and sprinkled with red pepper flakes, then baked rather than fried these (we like things spicy).
We ate some without finishing in the sauce and they were good. With the sauce even better. Will do this for a potluck or party. Very easy to "bang out" - Thanks"
Reviewed Pot Roast Carbonnade
Sauce is so Rick and delicious - will add peas with leftovers. Could be made with other veg in the mix. Great recipe - thanks, Melissa!"
"surprisingly good with the sherry. I was making chicken with garlic cloves and used sherry, then saw this green bean recipe - great! That's what was in the fridge! Delicious and simple - not oily and very fresh but sophisticated. Thanks, Rachael!"
Reviewed Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast
"Tasty! I put the turkey breast (half) on top of a bed of onion, carrot, and celery. Added a bit of stock plus the wine. Served the veggies on the side. Very nice! Thanks, Ina!"
