This was fantastic! I used mild poultry sausage, subbed turmeric for saffron & added muscles. The flavor was great! Even the kids liked it. Can't wait to make this again!

Fantastic! Made this last night & the whole family loved it. I grill my chicken on Reynolds Non-stick Foil & fold up the sides. Then I add the remaining marinade to the "pan" for the last few min of grilling so I have a sauce to serve with it. My family used the extra marinade to dip their veggies in. I thought they were going to lick their plates...

This dish turned out great but I followed the modifications that Chef #664539 suggested. I find when cooking quinoa, barley, farro, etc. it's best to stick to the package instructions. I used grape tomatoes cut in 1/2 & roasted the asparagus @ 400 for 12 min. My Cooking Club loved this interesting side dish!"

This is my new favorite recipe from Giada's latest cookbook. The unique blend of flavors make it delicious and healthy. I used chicken sausage instead of turkey because I feel it has a lot more flavor. You could also use ground chicken with a tbsp of fennel seed which would give it that sausage flavor, as in Giada's White Bean and Chicken Chili. L"

This recipe is fantastic. The sauce is excellent & we were happy to have so much of it. I served it over quinoa which made it a filling an healthy meal. I was afraid that much tarragon would be over powering, so I used 1/3 cup. It was perfect! Cannot wait to make this again!!"

I made this for my Cooking Club and it was a hit! Couple of things- no one on the planet knows what chile de arbol powder is (just kidding, I couldn't find it anywhere). So, I used the ancho & regular chile powder and it was great. I had to increase the roasting time to around 20 min- not sure if anyone else had this issue. Also, I subbed the hone"

FINALLY made this & it was great. Made some modifications based on other reviews- butter 1 1/2 sticks, Sugar 1 3/4 cups, Van extract 1 Tsp. I wanted to make individual servings so I divided the mixture between 8 ramekins, greased with cooking spray & baked for 40 min in the water bath in a large roasting pan. This was Crazy Good! Thanks for all of...

Reviewed Spice-Rubbed Chicken Breast Tacos with Grilled Poblanos, BBQ Onions and Coleslaw

This chicken is awesome. I modified this recipe because it seemed like a lot of work for a taco. I made the chicken & sliced it. Then served it with the pablanos and onion. Also, for the onion (I was pressed for time, wanted less of a mess & lower calorie count), I sprinkled a BBQ seasoning on the sliced onions and grilled them. Turned out great!...
