"You can do just a breast using this recipe. I just made one last night. I cut the ingredients in half. I cooked the breast at 500 degrees for 20 minutes and then lowered the temp to 350. It took about 1 1/2 hours for me to cook the breast (sorry, I didn't pay attention to how much it weighed.
