"PAIRINGS: Alex made this with red wine brisket, on her show. I paired it with herb & goat cheese stuffed chicken, which was a bit too much herb taste overall.
ALTERATIONS: (1) No lemon zest. I added a PINCH of lemon zest to this recipe, as it is quite bitter. The bitterness is not balanced enough by the garlic and parsley. Avoiding the lemon zest"

"Great recipe! It is also good with more wine than chicken stock. My husband and I tried adapting this recipe by marinating the chicken overnight, in Marsala wine, and then grilling it--DELICIOUS!!! We eat this dish at least 3 times a month."
