"This is such an easy and delicious recipe I can't believe they charge so much to eat this in restaurants! I made this for a super bowl party and it was a huge hit with everyone. Reviewed Shepherd's Pie

"This is an amazingly delicious recipe. It does take some time to make but well worth the work. My entire family loved it. The recipe calls for bacon and I did not have any at the time but it still came out great. I will also try substituting lamb for ground beef as I believe this is the traditional meat used for Sheperd's PIe. This dish is just as flavorful the next day. I used Coors beer (how un-Irish but still worked) so I suppose any type of beer would work. 2 thumbs up."
