Reviewed Fried Venison Medallions with Feta Dipping Sauce

Olive oil was too greasy because I couldn't get it up to 350 without a large amount of smoke. The flavor was there but the grease was too heavy. Next time I'll try canola oil or something with a higher flash point. ""
