This is an excellent basic piccata recipe. I agree with the other reviewers who suggested that 1) you omit the last 2 tbl of butter (not really necessary) and 2) Do not rewarm the chicken at the end. I simply put an oven-safe platter in the oven, preheat to 200f, and place the cooked chicken in that while finishing the sauce."
