"I love her show and her presentations. They are so inspirational and easy to do. This particular recipe, and trust me, although I consider myself a gourmet cook, I never tried to do fry chicken. However, I saved the recipe and I decided to do it today with chicken flavor rice and broccoli. I have to say, it is fantastic!!! I did however make more chicken than the recipe called for, so I had to make additional dry mixture. I also added fresh ground pepper, basil flakes and garlic powder with the Italian Seasoning mixture. PERFECT... Horaaahhhhh! I try to cook a new recipe every day, but I run out of the ingredients. lol..."
