About Me

I started cooking at the age of eleven. My Cajun Grandmother let me into her kitchen teaching me great family traditions. Out of necessity I leaned how to create balanced meals for our family of three kids and a working single mother. I was in the foodservice industry for over twenty years. With my retirement I enjoy trying new dishes and taking specialized cooking classes. My husband has a large organic bountiful garden. I love using the best ingredients possible.

Favorite Foods
