Absolutely fantastic! I did not season it with salt and it still turned out too salty, but I give it five stars on flavor. Next time I will use low sodium stock. I paired this with crab cakes and a nice corn remoulade a la Bobby Flay and it was an amazing restaurant-quality meal."

This recipe just didn't work for me. I did everything you're supposed to do when whipping cream, including whipping it in an ice bath, but after more than an hour of whipping the cream mixture, it was still a watery mess. I tried everything I could think of to make it work, but it just never did. I'm not sure where the recipe goes wrong, but ob"
