Reviewed Sauteed Swiss Chard with Bacon

"Absolutely fantastic! I did not season it with salt and it still turned out too salty, but I give it five stars on flavor. Next time I will use low sodium stock. I paired this with crab cakes and a nice corn remoulade a la Bobby Flay and it was an amazing restaurant-quality meal."

"This recipe just didn't work for me. I did everything you're supposed to do when whipping cream, including whipping it in an ice bath, but after more than an hour of whipping the cream mixture, it was still a watery mess.
