Reviewed Pie Crust

Tried this a couple times and got the dreaded "pie crust stuck to paper". Turns out that the website recipe and the video are different. The first part of the blind bake in the video is 15 min not 10 min.

Touch the chilled butter and lard as little as possible. It's a minor detail, but it helps keep everything stable.
