Reviewed Penne with Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

Nov 6, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

I absolutely loved this recipe! It takes only a few ingredients and was very easy and quick to put together. I also added some cubed mozzarella cheese for more color & taste. I even used whole wheat penne to create a healthier pasta dish. It was truly delicious! Another great one Giada!! bravo!

I've made this recipe many times and it's always a winner. People love it and they want to know how I made it. They practically beg for the recipe. I cut back a little on the butter using only 1 stick and I left out the Rosemary because not everyone in my household cares for that herb. It came out delish! and the presentation of it is awesome"

This was so delicious!!! I cooked it for my husband and son and they absolutely loved it!! It was one of the easiest recipes to follow too! I served it with a balsamic spring mix salad and portabello capresse mushrooms. What a great combination! Another great one Ina... hats off to the Barefoot Contessa!!"

This shrimp scampi recipe is so delicious!! My husband and kids loved it and they are such fussy eaters. The recipe was simple & easy to follow. I used whole wheat linguine and the sauce from the lemon scampi sauce absorbed into the pasta with the essence of lemon.... it was so tasty!!!"

Reviewed Turkey Meatloaf

This was by far the best Turkey Meatloaf I have ever tasted!!! And there wasn't too much fuss preparing it. I didn't have plain breadcrumbs so I used seasoned which I had on hand. It was fabulous. I'll try it with the plain breadcrumbs next time."
