Excellent! I made it as is, except I used french fried onions because I was transporting it to a potluck and wanted to avoid soggy onions. It was perfectly flavorful.

The turkey and green been combo is great but there is something missing. Perhaps a few more vegetables like shitake mushrooms would have been a nice addition for more texture. I think the pickle actually does add a great deal and wouldn't leave it out. I would make this again but maybe not that regularly.

This dish is a perfect standby when I need to make a quick dinner that's light but very flavorful. I love it as is. I often serve with a mango rice dish that's another recipe on this site.

I agree that the sauce has flavor but it's weak. It feels like it's missing something, perhaps the addition of sage, rosemary, thyme or something similar will help."

Not sure what I'd suggest adding but I definitely felt the marinade could use more flavor or more of a kick. As a result the chicken satay was a little disappointing by itself without the peanut sauce.""

These greens are so tasty! Almost as good as my moms ;) I will be making this again in a few days for Christmas dinner--I love that the recipe calls for turkey bacon and doesn't loose any of the flavor. After tasting it we added some vinegar and that made it even better. Also, we like our greens spicy so we added red pepper flakes in as well. ""
