"Made this for Canandian Thanksgiving and it was a hit with the crowd, even people who don't usually like eating turkey were taking second helpings. It was juicy and flavourful the orange juice and jalapeno really make a difference. Only thing I did differently was bake it at 325 covered with aluminum foil and then when it is almost ready, remove the cover and increase the temperature to 375 to give it some colour. Thanks Bobby!
