"I made this tonight, & Loved it! I used seasoned salt, added cumin, I did not have Serrano chili but used a Jalapeno, I used roma tomatoes & chicken bullion cube & added corn & peas. The flavor in this rice is outstanding! Everyone loved it especially my almost 2 year old. I used it as a side dish for baked chicken flautas, It was perfect! nice fl"
