About Me
I enjoy cooking and baking thoroughly. I recently found this strong desire to cook about 5 years ago. I always like new techniques or shortcuts in preparing a meal and watch Anne Burell for her Secrets of a Restaurant Chef. I do not like fancy or extragavant meals, for what I make is more important than how it looks on a serving warer or table, because looks can be deceiving!
