Reviewed Crimini Ragu with Spinach Crostini and Chicken Ragu with Whole Wheat Pasta
"I watched the show, and thought the chicken portion with whole wheat pasta looked very good. I went to the store, bought the ingredients, which was very reasonable. I substituted boneless skinless chicken breasts for the thighs. This was one of the best meals I have fixed to date that I have gotten from the Food Network. What was also amazing, is that my boyfriend said, "this actually tastes like real authentic Italian food from Italy!". When I told him that you actually created the recipe from visiting a restaurant in Tuscany, he was very impressed! Thanks Rachael for such an awesome recipe!!!"
