This dish has got great flavors, but does anyone else think the 5 cups of chicken stock it asks for is way too much?! it was so good! and full of flavor. Like a lot of people have been saying, or failing to notice, the 2 Tbsp of salt goes in the boiling water!! don't mess that up by putting 2 Tbsp salt after draining the potatoes!
