Reviewed Baked Salmon with Blackberry Ginger Glaze

We had this for Valentines day with the wild style grains n'thangs. It was wonderful. We didn't have blackberries so we used raspberries and a little blackberry jelly instead of the sugar. Next time we will make 1/2 of the sauce or take 1/2 out to put on the fish. We had plenty of the sauce left over.

Loved it. My husband and I made this for Valentines day. We had it with the baked salmon from the same show. All I can say is we loved it. Thank you for introducing us to bulger wheat. We will be having this again and again.
