"This is a great recipe....if you want to meet the local fire department. Don't get me wrong, it produces a delicious steak...and copius amounts of smoke as the steak sears. If you have an alarm system, it will get set off, and they will send the fire department, so if you use this recipe, make sure you put enough steaks on to feed the nice firem""
