This is by far the most amazing fish dish I have ever made! Follow this recipe to a "T," and you have an amazing (and quick dinner ahead of you. So simple and a real cloud pleaser! p.s. I have also used this on chicken breasts and it it superb. Just bake the chicken at 375 for about 25 minutes. "

I was a little weary about this recipe at first but decided to give it a try anyway. It turned out AMAZING! A true keeper. I used one red onion and one zucchini, followed the recipe to a 't' and it was delicious. I will make this again and again. It's super snazzy and perfect to show off for company."

This is great. It needs a full 30 minutes to bake though. Great base for all sorts of ingredients like mushrooms, asparagus, different cheeses, etc. Keeper!""

Reviewed Wild Mushroom Risotto

Dec 15, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I usually always love what Ina makes but wasn't a huge fan of this risotto. My rice didn't seem to soften as much as I wanted it too. It was kind of grainy - even after 50 minutes of cooking and stirring. The mushrooms were delicious, but I'm just not sure I want to put this much effort in a dish that I just thought was OK.

Reviewed Cranberry Harvest Muffins

These are fantastic! I used slivered almonds instead of hazelnuts b/c that was what I had on hand and left out the figs b/c I didn't have any. I also added orange zest to 1/2 of the batter to test it out like some of the reviews said. I liked the ones with orange zest a lot better -- it added a whole new dimension. Overall, a perfect holiday muffin!...
