"This is the best turkey I've every had. I originally tried the recipe on a chicken. My family loved it. I decided to brine the turkey with some of the same flavors used in the recipe. After the brine, I followed the recipe. My family adored the turkey. It was extremely juicy. This recipe is a keeper.
