Up until now, I have never had a burger recipe I was really happy serving when we've had friends over for cookouts. We usually do baby back ribs for the adults and burgers/hotdogs for the kids. These were AWESOME! I followed the recipe exactly, with the exception of using Hawaiin Bread slider buns. Yummy! Probably the moistest/juiciest burger ...

This is in my top 5 favorite dinners ever. My husband loves pot roast with potatoes, carrots, onions, etc. I decided to make this one to mix it up a little. WOW! Yummy! He even liked this version better than our usual. I followed the directions exactly. Do not skimp on the fresh rosemary at the end. It makes the dish.

I really like this recipe because it was quick, easy, tasted great, and is very flexible. I used fresh beef stir-fry meat from the grocery, added 3 cloves of garlic and used yellow & orange bell peppers because that was what I had on hand. Perfect for using up a variety of veggies.
