“I made this for Cinco de Mayo dessert. After reading the reviews, I checked out Ree's website & there, the recipe says to pour out 1 cup of the glaze, before pouring over the cake....hence why some the cake is soggy....very helpful! I wonder why it doesn't say that on the recipe, here?
