I followed this recipe to a T. Take out the salt completely or use 1/2 teaspoon. My family refused to eat it because it was so salty (and they like salt. 2 teaspoons for the rub is far too much. I looked at other rub's and for the same size pork, they use far less. 1,143mg salt per serving? Ellie Krieger's rub recipe is 220 mg per serving. U"

Very simple and delicious. Some say it is dry. Remember to reserve 1 cup (or more) of the pasta water to add back to the dish. This reminds of an authentic Italian recipe. Pasta is normally not smothered in sauce - it is usually made with simple, tasty ingredients.
