This cake was AWESOME!!!!!! I didn't sift the ingredients as instructed, but it still came out moist and delicious! The batter was very loose compared to store bought batters so I was a bit concerned that I'd done something wrong, but I didn't. The cupcakes I made came out perfect! This cake was awesome! I love Tres Leches cake and I've tried other recipes that have been less than par. I read some of the reviews that said the cake came out flat so I separated my eggs and beat the egg whites until light and fluffy and folded them in at the end and I also sifted my cake flour and my cake came out fantastic!
