I've made a lot of Giada's dishes and always love them. This one was good, too, but I will definitely do things a little differently next time. The biggest problem I and my husband had with it was that it was very dry. I think doubling or even tripling the amount of sauce in the recipe is a great idea, and I will add more tomato than Bechamel sauce...
