Aug 3, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I actually used Talapia fish instead of Mahi Mahi, and was missing the shallots and carrot for the couscous, but overall it was great, citrs and spicy flavors with the salsa and fish, and a more mild version of it with a curry kick for the couscous.""

Used sweet onions instead of red and had no tomatoes, used a bit more garlic as well. Was amazing, and is similar to my Dad's secret recipe for guacamole."

The sauce itself was amazing but the problem is that the amount of sauce, if you follow this recipe is way too small for the pasta, even for a side dish. I had to add tomato sauce and it was still good but, it would have been much better if it was just the original sauce only."
