"Made this for girls night and it was better than I expected. I made it exactly how Rachael listed but bought extra pumpkin just in case and glad I did. I ended up adding the whole other can for flavor. I didn't have the thickness problem some had, I think the trick is to let it get hot and simmer and it should thicken. I enjoyed the tart and spicy""
