"I've never had gazpacho until I made this recipe. It was good! But I was hoping to fall in love with it since it's so healthy and easy to make. I think this recipe would be 4-5 stars (for me) if the tomato skins/seeds were eliminated. No one else seemed to have this problem. Reviewed Beer Braised Chicken

"This is my favorite chicken recipe. My incredibly picky husband even loves it. Since it's just me & him, I only use two chicken breasts - bone in/skin on. I make the sauce as the recipe calls for though - which is really great because we're huge fans of the sauce, and we get to eat more of it! Sometimes I'll add a pat of butter to the fennel as it's browning, and a bit of chopped garlic as well. I've tried a few beers, and my favorite (HANDS DOWN is Amber Bock. Thanks Claire!!!"
