My Activity

Reviewed Chicken in Creamy Tomato Curry: Chicken Tikka Masala

"Fabulous! I used 2 serranos without the seeds and ribs and it was definitely spicy enough but not so spicy that my 11 and 4 year old girls wouldn't eat it (they do like spicy. I didn't use the ginger garlic paste but did them separately. Also used fat free half and half instead of cream. Since tomatoes are not in season in NJ in March I used fire roasted from the can. I paired this with homemade naan from another cooking show and some jasmine rice."

Reviewed Indian Summer Stew: Butternut Squash, Coconut, and Lentil Stew

"Loved this one - have made it several times and bring it to work for lunch with some naan. The Indian people I work with are impressed! I like the lentils to cook longer so I made it in the slow cooker - even added some carrots the last time!"
