"2675 people can't be wrong; this is the Food Network's coup de grace Thanksgiving recipe, and for good reason. I have made this for five years, with near perfect results every time. A couple suggestions: 1) Depending on your oven, you may want adjust the temp during the "browning" stage (500 degrees), lest you may burn the turkey or not get it as brown as you needed. 2) Don't forget the Turkey Triangle, which is not mentioned above (but is mentioned in the comment directly below)...you'll need this to prevent the bird from over-browning...do a Youtube search for the actual show, as it will make all these directions become clear.
