Love. I used different cheese (whatever I had, maybe a Monterey jack?) and left it in too long so it burned a little (bummer). But I scraped that off, and the sandwich was SO rich. Something I did for the egg was cook on low for quite a while so it was near perfect, just a tad overdone. I made the whole meal, loved it so much I took pictures!""
