I came looking for a way to prepare pork tenderloin, and this one from Alton was at the top of the ratings list. I followed his recipe nearly verbatim (I had to cook it on an indoor covered-griddle because I don't have a BBQ), and it came out wonderfully fresh-tasting - - the highlight of the meal!

I made an account just to review this recipe. It's fantastic. The only thing I change is to use reduced-fat mayo and decrease the total dressing amount by 25%.
