Reviewed Pork Roulades with Grilled Apple and Pecan Dressing

This is an excellent recipe. Served it on Christmas to rave reviews. I followed it exactly except used a little less chicken broth than called for. Had the butcher pound the rolled pork for me, which was a blessing. Used a jar of store bought "au jus" gravy and added the pork drippings to it, and it was delicious. I will definitely be making this...
