"Awesome. Might take you a little practice forming them into pasrties. Very light but rich flavors.
After a couple of times baking these, I added a fruit filling made with apples, cinnimon, sugar and ammeretto. Only made it better."

"Great recipe. After trying it the first time, I added a little more heat to it with some jalapeno and habanero (personal preference). Other than that, great flavor, great blend of spices and texture. I have friends that detest red beans and rice, this meal changed thier minds."

"I have to agree with haakon2pl. Without a full recipe, this meal falls flat. Your average home cook will not know what proportions to add the mising ingredients without a bit of background in Asian cuisine.
That being said, I still was not impressed with this recipe...
